Once you purchase a new appliance from Hamai Appliance, we continue with our policy of service. We take complete charge of delivery and can even arrange installation of the item. If you choose, we will even remove and dispose of your old appliance.
Of course we hope that everything goes well after your purchase, but if something does go wrong our factory trained service department swings into action and gets your appliance back in working order immediately. (Note: Our service department is located on the island of Maui. For outer-island customers we can help refer you to servicers in your area). When you purchase a major appliance or TV from Hamai, we record your purchase in our computer system. Should there be a need for repair service, we will know if it's in or out of warranty and inform you.
